I had a very positive experience with Patrick Gardner when purchasing my first home.
Frank Barnes was extremely helpful throughout the process and was always available when I needed assistance. There were some delays and challenges during the conveyancing process, but Frank stayed involved, kept in touch with all parties, and helped move things forward whenever issues arose. I can’t remember the name of the lady who showed me the property, but she was excellent, warm and very helpful too.
The team were professional, friendly and thoughtful. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome card and a bottle of Denbies after completion, which was a lovely gesture.
Thank you to Frank and the team for all your help. I would happily recommend Patrick Gardner to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
