If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfair and wrong treatment during my check-out. Just keen in getting my money. I was a good tenant who looked after the property as it was mine. The property was not particularly well maintained when I got it, but they wanted me to leave it shining, as it wasn’t at check-in. Awful!

I had a very positive experience with Patrick Gardner when purchasing my first home.
Frank Barnes was extremely helpful throughout the process and was always available when I needed assistance. There were some delays and challenges during the conveyancing process, but Frank stayed involved, kept in touch with all parties, and helped move things forward whenever issues arose. I can’t remember the name of the lady who showed me the property, but she was excellent, warm and very helpful too.
The team were professional, friendly and thoughtful. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome card and a bottle of Denbies after completion, which was a lovely gesture.
Thank you to Frank and the team for all your help. I would happily recommend Patrick Gardner to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I couldn't have asked for more tbh. I found Emma to be absolutely amazing throughout my purchase. She really helped in every way she could and she really hasn't stopped even with issues I've had post purchase. Thanks to the team at Leatherhead, lots of support and can't fault them.
