When we found our new home the people at Patrick Gardner were always approachable and friendly while helping us to navigate our way through the purchase. Paul kept us informed and was sensitive and professional about his client's needs. Everything progressed very quickly and we are looking forward to our new chapter.

Excellent service for purchase of a property. Helpful, good communication, patient and supportive in 6 month process. Each and every person who was involved explained each stage and assisted with solicitor communication. So lovely that they were genuinely pleased on completion.

We purchased a bungalow that was being sold by Patrick Gardner. Having completed on the sale of our own house (to enable others in the chain below to avoid the increase in stamp duty), we had to wait whilst some legal issues were resolved in relation to ownership of a private driveway. This involved four sets of solicitors and eventually took seven weeks to complete. We may still have been waiting now if it had not been for the intervention and persistence of Bruce Shaw of Patrick Gardner. Bruce became the interface between the solicitors and regularly kept us informed of developments. He volunteered to secure signatures from interested parties and personally deliver documents to solicitors. He was instrumental in facilitating our purchase and we cannot thank him enough. He is a true professional.

We had an excellent experience working with Emma from Patrick Gardner, and we can’t thank her enough for the role she played in helping us secure our new home.

Emma was extremely proactive and consistently professional throughout the entire process. From our first viewing to completion, she kept us informed and up to date at every stage, ensuring that we always knew where things stood.
What really stood out was Emma’s ability to bridge the gap between us and the sellers, helping to maintain open communication even when challenges arose.

There were several points in the process where things got stressful due to circumstances out of our control, but Emma kept everything moving forward smoothly. Her responsiveness gave us peace of mind and made what can be a complicated process feel surprisingly manageable.

Thanks to her hard work and personal touch, we were able to complete with confidence and are now happily settling into our new home.

We registered with Patrick Gardner Leatherhead in June 2024 they found our family a wonderful rented property which we are over the moon with.

The lettings and maintenance team have been wonderful responding to us in a timely manner and getting things sorted.

Kirsty has recently helped us when our boiler broke down. The issue was resolved ever so quickly considering it is winter and they are very busy with maintenance requests. Their contractor was fantastic, excellent customer service and got the job done quickly.
