I chose Patrick Gardner because of the reviews left here, and now I'm writing my own 5-star review! Everyone at the office in Leatherhead has been just brilliant, but most especially Frank who was my day to day contact - staying professional yet ever cheerful through a long, tedious and complicated sale - I'm so grateful for the time and dedication he put in to getting the sale across the line, and making a stressful situation so much easier!

I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Frank who led the charge and was supported by his incredible team—Pam, Ned, and Bruce. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, diligence, and genuine support that made our experience seamless and stress-free.

Navigating the property market can feel like a minefield, but thanks to this remarkable team, the process was made significantly simpler. Their expertise and commitment to client satisfaction are truly commendable.

We were served notice a bit early in a tenancy and while this came at an expected stress to our family with a baby on the way and a toddler.
Jem stepped in and took complete care of us, mediating between us and our current landlord and then also helping us find a suitable property to move to.
Always on hand and always worked hard to make both sides happy.
Would highly recommend him and PG to anyone in the area for Lettings.

We sold our house with Patrick Gardner & Co Estate Agents in Leatherhead on the first day the property went live on their web site. We had exceptional service from Tom Mason and his team from the valuation and first viewing through to completion. We would highly recommend this company.

I have moved an awful lot in the last few years and recently I rented through Patrick Gardner and they were brilliant. Through a very stressful time when I moved in, they were very responsive and quick to get everything confirmed and sorted for me within a day. When I moved out, Jem was very kind, helpful and made everything very easy. Thank you for all your help, I appreciate it so much.

When we found our new home the people at Patrick Gardner were always approachable and friendly while helping us to navigate our way through the purchase. Paul kept us informed and was sensitive and professional about his client's needs. Everything progressed very quickly and we are looking forward to our new chapter.

Excellent service for purchase of a property. Helpful, good communication, patient and supportive in 6 month process. Each and every person who was involved explained each stage and assisted with solicitor communication. So lovely that they were genuinely pleased on completion.

We purchased a bungalow that was being sold by Patrick Gardner. Having completed on the sale of our own house (to enable others in the chain below to avoid the increase in stamp duty), we had to wait whilst some legal issues were resolved in relation to ownership of a private driveway. This involved four sets of solicitors and eventually took seven weeks to complete. We may still have been waiting now if it had not been for the intervention and persistence of Bruce Shaw of Patrick Gardner. Bruce became the interface between the solicitors and regularly kept us informed of developments. He volunteered to secure signatures from interested parties and personally deliver documents to solicitors. He was instrumental in facilitating our purchase and we cannot thank him enough. He is a true professional.

We had an excellent experience working with Emma from Patrick Gardner, and we can’t thank her enough for the role she played in helping us secure our new home.

Emma was extremely proactive and consistently professional throughout the entire process. From our first viewing to completion, she kept us informed and up to date at every stage, ensuring that we always knew where things stood.
What really stood out was Emma’s ability to bridge the gap between us and the sellers, helping to maintain open communication even when challenges arose.

There were several points in the process where things got stressful due to circumstances out of our control, but Emma kept everything moving forward smoothly. Her responsiveness gave us peace of mind and made what can be a complicated process feel surprisingly manageable.
