From initial contact with Patrick Gardner in Bookham we were met with professionalism, energy and the highest quality of service. We have let our house out with PG for many years and not experienced any problems whatsoever. No void periods between tenants, high quality and thoroughly vetted tenants and any maintenance issues were dealt with efficiently and at reasonable cost. In short, Patrick Gardner treated our home as if it were their own. Sarah Rigby is absolutely brilliant, helpful and genuinely keen to help.

Sarah-Jane helped us through the whole process of buying our new home and without her pulling everyone together I am not sure the sale would have gone through.
We highly recommend the Patrick Gardner team, especially Sarah-Jane, and can only give our thanks for the hard work and continuous positivity which kept all parties on track to get us into our new home!
