We have just completed the sale of our parents house through Patrick Gardner. I wrote a review back at the start of the process, and to be honest I can copy and paste that message: Sarah, Shelley, Michelle and the team were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble, a very personal and professional service! I had a solid experience with Patrick Gardner, Ashtead. The sale required careful coordination between the buyer’s solicitor and the buyer’s broker, and the team managed that very well.

Communications were clear and timely, explanations were straightforward, and when issues arose they worked hard to make sure everyone was kept updated, and the sale reached completion.

Overall, a dependable, no‑nonsense team—worth considering if you want agents who stay organised, explain the situation clearly, and see a sale through competently.

We went with Patrick Gardner initially because the house we were buying was also being sold by them . I’m so glad we did . We really felt that Michelle , Sarah and Shelley went the extra mile for us, always answered every call promptly, did everything they could to help us buy our dream home. We really felt they took the time to get to know us and understand our needs. They were exceptionally brilliant at selling my home too, it’s always stressful buying and selling homes but these ladies did everything they could to make sure everything went through efficiently and effectively. I cannot recommend the team at Patrick Gardner highly enough.
