Outstanding service. Sarah handled the sale of a property. She was incredibly proactive and helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly. This was particularly important since it was complicated by me being overseas, so Sarah coordinated with several contractors to get the property ready for sale ahead of finding a good buyer. I am really happy with Sarah, Shelley and the team at Patrick Gardner. They are very responsive, and have a great "can-do" attitude.

Buying and selling a house is hard work, when you have a chain of 7 people that work is massively insreased, as are the stress levels. Sarah, Michelle and the team at Patrick Gardner took all of this on thier shoulders and offered us kind of service you only dream of. Always there when we called to offer help and advice and more importantly their communication to keep us appraised every step of the way, which kept our stress levels to a minimum.
They are amazing and I would recmmend them to anyone without hesitation.

Without efficient, friendly and professional staff, estate agents would struggle to compete in the business of arranging the sale and purchase of property.

It would be unfair to single out a particular staff member of the Ashtead Patrick Gardner Sales Team for praise. Sufficient to say every member of the Team covered all the important items above. Especially as our sale took place at a difficult time at the end of March 2025 when tax issues complicated purchases and sales business.

We purchased our Ashtead property through Patrick Gardner Ashtead thirteen years ago. It was a pleasure to do business with then again in 2025.

We bought our previous house 19 years ago through Patrick Gardner, Ashtead and as we were impressed last time, we both bought and sold through them this time. We can’t thank the team of ladies enough. Michelle, Sarah and Shelley have been totally amazing. They are friendly, helpful but always so professional. Also a special mention to Sarah for going above and beyond for us towards the end, to ensure exchange and completion were done quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend the team to others. A big thank you to everyone there. We are in love with our new home.
