We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our busy Dorking office as a Part-Time Sales Administrator, working four days a week from 10am to 2pm. This office-based role involves supporting our Sales Team with a variety of administrative tasks, so strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional manner are essential. The ideal candidate will live locally and have good knowledge of the Dorking area, with excellent communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and email. While industry experience is an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided. The role may occasionally include accompanying property viewings, so a full clean driving licence and your own car is required. Strong IT skills and the ability to work part of a team are essential. The Dorking Sales Office is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our professional team as a Saturday Viewing Assistant, working alternate Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. This role involves assisting with property viewings and requires someone who is confident communicating with a wide range of people — in person, over the phone, by email, and during viewings. A positive, polite manner is essential, and a good knowledge of Dorking and the surrounding areas would be an advantage. While previous industry experience is not required, it would be beneficial. A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
