Jamie Burgess and Jonty Venter progress from Associate roles, while Block Management Managing Director, Justin Theobald, also joins the Partnership to drive continued growth.
We are proud to announce the promotion of Jamie Burgess (Dorking Office), Jonty Venter (Bookham Office) and Justin Theobald (Block Management) to Partner roles – an important milestone that reflects their hard work, dedication, and continued growth within our business.
Jamie began his journey with us as a Senior Sales Negotiator, where he built strong relationships with clients and developed a deep understanding of the property market. His commitment and performance led to his promotion to Associate, taking on greater responsibility before now stepping into the Partnership.
Jonty joined us following a successful career in retail management, where he led a team of over 100 persons. Since transitioning into estate agency with experience in south-west London and then Epsom before joining Patrick Gardner as an Associate, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for sales and a strong focus on delivering excellent client service.
“I’m incredibly proud to have grown with the company and to now take on this new role,” says Jamie. Jonty adds, “It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m excited to continue delivering the best service to our clients in Bookham.”
Justin brings extensive experience across lettings, residential sales, and property management. Having previously led our Block Management division as Managing Director, he now joins the partnership with a focus on driving growth and innovation across all areas of the business.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside the wider Partnership team to continue strengthening our services and delivering for our clients,” says Justin.
As part of this transition, our longstanding Bookham Partner, Douglas Hooker, will be stepping back into a Consultancy role. We are delighted that he will continue to support the team with his in-depth expertise and wealth of knowledge.
