At the beginning of May, Patrick Gardner & Co invited local schools across the Mole Valley to add a bit of colour to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations by taking part in a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Colouring Competition. The competition was open to all pupils from Reception through to Year 6 from the following schools.

The children were given the outline of various ‘Royal’ icons and the rest was up to them. Entrants have let their imaginations go wild and colour the sheets in their own individual design.

Thank you to everyone for sending in their amazing entries over the past couples of weeks, we have enjoyed viewing your creativity and effort in designing these masterpieces! We have been blown away with the number of entries – over 700 in fact – and the effort from our local budding artists!

Boardroom Entries

The team at each of our offices in Dorking, Leatherhead, Ashtead and Bookham have had the hardest task imaginable choosing our shortlist of designs – 4 entries from each year group.

The shortlisted entries are currently on display in each of our office windows in Dorking, Leatherhead, Ashtead and Bookham.

Well done to those selected and thank you to everyone who went to so much effort in taking part.

Now, it’s over to you to help decide a winner from each year group.

Voting is now open! To see the amazing, shortlisted designs, pop into one of our four offices and choose your favourite picture. Winners will win a £15

Waterstone Book voucher and a £100 cash prize for the school they attend.

Voting closes at 4.00pm on Saturday 4th June 2022, and the winners will be announced in the following week.
