At the beginning of May, Patrick Gardner & Co invited local schools across the Mole Valley to add a bit of colour to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations by taking part in a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Colouring Competition. The competition was open to all pupils from Reception through to Year 6 from the following schools.

Oakfield Junior School Fetcham

The Dawnay School Bookham

The children were given the outline of various ‘Royal’ icons and the rest was up to them. Entrants have let their imaginations go wild and colour the sheets in their own individual design.

Thank you to everyone for sending in their amazing entries over the past couples of weeks, we have enjoyed viewing your creativity and effort in designing these masterpieces! We have been blown away with the number of entries – over 700 in fact – and the effort from our local budding artists!
