A Helping Hand for First Time Buyers!

Landlord Services

One of the things to come out of the recent lockdowns is a steady stream of first-time buyers, ready to take their first step onto the property ladder. With the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, you too could make a fresh start in a stylish new home for less than you thought. If you are in a position where you want to buy a new property, but cannot afford a large deposit, this could be an excellent option.

Launched to make it easier for first time buyers to get on the property ladder, Help to Buy is a Government-backed scheme offering an equity loan to purchase a newly built home. You can buy a new home with just 5% deposit, and the loan allows you to borrow up to 20% of the property value, interest free for the first five years.
