Land & New Homes

Patrick Gardner & Co have always been actively involved in the marketing of new developments within the Mole Valley district. In recognition of increasing business levels and the specialist requirements of the new homes industry, a dedicated Land & New Homes Department was launched in 2000 by Partner David Leggett who was joined shortly afterwards by Associate Partner Vari Bowling.

Since its’ inception, the Department has proved to be a great success having sold approaching £100 million worth of new property through its focused marketing and sales management. The office based team monitor market conditions by tracking both prices, square foot yields and consequently can provide comprehensive analysis. This is complimented by high quality promotional material and co-ordinated advertising campaigns.

We are always looking for ways to enhance our customer service standards. The experience gained from working alongside many of the industry’s leading house builders has led to a bespoke flexible service for developments both large and small and has allowed us to successfully sell new homes over a much broader area.

Our experience also assists our numerous purchasers who benefit from an easier buying process with much of the stress of a more conventional house purchase removed. Our skilled on site sales team are on hand to assist purchasers through every step of the moving process from choosing their new home to moving day and beyond.
