Triumph at Surrey Property Awards
Patrick Gardner & Co, Mole Valley’s foremost independent estate agency, triumphed at the prestigious Surrey Property Awards 2018, scooping up the award for ‘Best Sales/Lettings Agent with 4+ Branches.’
Patrick Gardner attendees stepped onto the red carpet at the glittering black-tie awards ceremony and gala dinner held at Guildford’s G-Live, collecting a trophy presented by former international rugby player, Martin Bayfield.
Now in its 9th year, The Surrey Property Awards recognise and acknowledge best practice, exceptional service and excellent design across all aspects of the property industry. The event also raises funds for the Guildford-based charity, Challengers, which provides exciting and inclusive play and leisure activities for disabled children and young people in Surrey and the South East.
Speaking of the company’s achievement, Bruce Shaw, Senior Partner at Patrick Gardner & Co, said:
“We are delighted to have won this award which recognises the dedication of our team, based in Ashtead, Bookham, Dorking and Leatherhead – and our company’s commitment to providing a first-class service to all our customers, including the general public, land and property owners and industry professionals. We have been working in this area since 1992 and in addition to sales and lettings, we specialise in property and block management, land and new homes.”
“This award is particularly important to us because, rather than being selected by a judging panel, we were nominated and voted by for those who have used our services.”
