• The house and its grounds will be professionally photographed and a full motion video featuring the property will be filmed.
  
• A full colour brochure will be produced utilizing high quality photography and floor plans.
  
• The property will be actively marketed across our network and featured in our window showcases within our prominently located offices.
  
• One of our distinctive For Sale board's will be erected so that your property is instantly identifiable as an exclusive and desirable home.
  
• From our associated Mayfair office access is gained to a huge market place of national and international buyers.
  
• All instructions will be displayed on our website, where both the floor plans and full motion video are available to view. In addition the house will be featured on the following key property portals; findaproperty, Rightmove, PropertyLive and Globrix.
  
• A co-ordinated advertising campaign will be implemented which includes the use of local property papers, regional property magazines and our own ‘Town & Country’ magazine.
  
• The PR department, based in our Mayfair office, is able to provide extremely cost effective national advertising whilst constantly striving to obtain national editorial coverage in the likes of The Mail on Sunday and The Daily Telegraph.
  
• Our ethos is to ensure that your house move runs as smoothly as possible, by ensuring that we remain in close contact with you throughout the marketing and sales process.
