When buying a brand new home there can be many differences when comparing the procedure to the purchase of a second hand property. Prior to purchase or indeed before submission of a planning application, we undertake appraisal work in consultation with our clients, to assess potential marketability, buyer profiles and projected time scales. This in turn will lead to advice on internal and cosmetic design in addition to proposed specifications.
On completion of the land transaction or the granting of a successful planning permission, we begin the task of formulating a bespoke sales and marketing plan tailored to each and every scheme.
