Experienced Full Time Property Manager

Leatherhead Office

Patrick Gardner Lettings are looking for an experienced fulltime Property Manager to join our expanding team in the Leatherhead Branch managing a portfolio across our four branch network in the Mole Valley.

The main purpose of the role is to work within a team overseeing a portfolio of residential property and contribute to the department in achieving its objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues

-Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments

-Booking and managing safety inspections

-Regular property visits

The Individual:

-Experience of managing residential property

-Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation

-Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

-Good customer service skills

-Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative

-Working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential Salary commensurate with experience
